Pre-emptive
Nuclear War - A Road Map to Extinction
Comment by Larry
Ross, September 26, 2005
This 2003 paper gives a historical record of the development of nuclear
war as a tool to achieve US military objectives.
No longer were nuclear weapons to be regarded as a deterrent "last
resort" type of doomsday device. There was a new doctrine to use
nuclear weapons first or "pre-emptively" - supposedly before
the claimed enemy had a chance to use what the Pentagon calls "weapons
of mass destruction" against the US.
The Pentagon will supply the so-called "intelligence" to justify
it. This would likely be a phoney doctored intelligence, similar to what
they supplied to justify the war on Iraq with a litany of accusations
later found to be false.
Based on what they knew to be lies, Bush for the US and Blair for the
UK , nevertheless warned they might use nuclear weapons against Iraq if
Iraq resisted the US-UK invasion with WMD. The alleged WMD could be anything
the Bush Administration chose to define as WMD.
This technique involves defining the military objective and then ,manufacturing
the various justifications to pursue the objective. .It was essential
to it's success, to make the lies believable, delivered with apparent
sincerity and conviction.
I regard the Iraq war as a textbook application of this technique. As
an ex-CIA officer, Ralph McGeehee told me during his 1986 lecture tour
of New Zealand, those who create the lies often get to believe as true,
their own lies.
Using this technique, it has been demonstrated by the Iraq war that enough
of the people can be fooled, that the policy is supported. Even when uncovered
as lies after the invasion of Iraq, that did not cause the US elite, especially
the media, to change it's views and reverse their backing of the war.
A classic example of that is John Kerry, the Democratic candidate opposing
Bush in the 2004 election. He supported the war and said he would win
it by sending in more US troops - knowing the entire exercise was one
of the biggest frauds in US history,. Many Bush supporters and the US
congress reacted the same way. In short the truth did not matter and made
little difference. There was no stopping the fraudulent drain on the US
treasury or barbarous murder of thousands of Iraqis.
Naturally the framers of this strategy were encouraged, especially by
the re=election of Bush for a second term - no matter how fraudulent that
may have been. And it was fraudulent as seen on our website under "US
Elections".
They are ready to move on to the next objective - Iran and other countries
in the middle east. The same techniques are likely to be used a gain,
and believed again, with the new lies faithfully repeated by the media.
In the case of these war scenarios, even pre-emptive nuclear war, the
media acts as a branch of the Pentagon, preparing the public to accept
the new justifying lies for war.
The history and people involved are all described below. It is a road
map to extinction - a blueprint of unleashed madness in power.

U.S.
PRE-EMPTIVE NUCLEAR STRIKE PLAN
It Keeps Getting Scarier and Scarier
by Jeffrey Steinberg
During
the third week of February, a number of newspapers in the United States
and Great Britain published segments of a Pentagon document, suggesting
that the Bush Administration is moving ahead with plans to develop a new
generation of "mini" nuclear weapons, to be used against "Third
World despots" who collude with terrorists and possess weapons of
mass destructionie. Saddam Hussein.
The Jan. 10, 2003 memo from Dr. Dale Klein,
outlined plans for an August 2003 conference at the Omaha, Nebraska headquarters
of the U.S. Strategic Command, where scientists and military planners
will gather to make decisions on the production and deployment of a new
generation of "mini" nuclear bombs, "bunker busters"
and other nuclear devices that will become part of the U.S. military's
arsenal of offensive weapons. No longer is the first use of nuclear weapons
a taboo. No longer will the United States refrain from the use of nuclear
weapons against non-nuclear nations, unless the madness is stopped.
Already, a number of prominent Democrats,
including 2004 Presidential pre-candidate Lyndon LaRouche, and Senators
Edward Kennedy and Diane Feinstein, are making a big stink over this insane
utopian shift in policy.
LaRouche has identified the push for the
use of nuclear weapons against Iraq as a scandal that must be exploited,
to stop the war drive now. Senators Kennedy and Feinstein are reportedly
circulating a draft resolution among Senate colleagues, to also take up
the issue. And senior Democratic Party figures, in the circles of former
President Bill Clinton, have confirmed that there is intense debate and
worry behind the scenes, over the Bush Administration's war party being
just insane enough to actually use such nuclear weapons in an attack on
Iraq. ....continue....
