UK Restates Nuclear Threat http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/politics/2717939.stm Comment by Larry Ross, October 15, 2003 Although this article was published 2/2/03 it does document an important fact: that the UK will use nuclear weapons and threatened to do so when planning to join Bush in the totally unjustified War on Iraq. As this war was based on lies about alleged WMD, and Hoon must have known this, it also shows that the UK will threaten to use nuclear weapons based on lying accusations and is likely to use them based on their own definitions of what are "the right conditions" or what are "conditions of extreme self-defence".
