EXPANDS THREAT TO OTHER STATES
The plan below shows that the US intends
to prevent others from developing WMD, and deter any nation from helping
others to develop WMD. It looks as if it could be a very extensive agenda,
perhaps resulting in new wars.
The US used as an excuse to make war on
Iraq, that it had WMD and plans to attack the US and UK. It was completely
untrue but served as an excuse for the US war. The plan below indicates
such an excuse may be used to justify more
wars.

StratCom Will Oversee
WMD Efforts
OMAHA, Neb. (AP) -- The U.S. Strategic
Command will oversee the Defense Department's
efforts to combat weapons of mass destruction, the Omaha World-Herald
reported in its Sunday editions.
Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld last
month assigned the task to StratCom,
which is based at Offutt Air Force Base near Bellevue.
StratCom becomes the "single DoD focal
point to integrate and synchronize"
all military means of dealing with weapons of mass destruction,
according to a Rumsfeld memo, a copy of which was obtained by
the World-Herald.
StratCom will assess what the military
needs and must do to "dissuade, deter
and prevent the acquisition, development, transfer or use of WMD, their
delivery systems and associated technology and materials," the memo
said.
U.S. Sen. Chuck Hagel, R-Neb., said the
new responsibility is significant for
StratCom.
"It's another piece in the very sweeping
arc of global responsibilities that
StratCom has," said Hagel, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations and
Intelligence committees.
